Below is my situation,please suggest.
Recently i joined Company B from company A(i have valid h1b approval for Company A till Jan ,2013).Now i did not like Company B and i am looking for a change even though i joined company B just 4 months back. Recently i got a call from Company A asking me to join back and they will match my current salary.Company A is very reputed MNC and they dont in genrally make such kid of offers to bring back employees.So i am thinking of joining back infosys . So my question is can i join back Company A with same old h1b and apply for a extension as soon as i join Or do i need to file h1b transfer. Does cases like this raise any flags at visa interview?
