I work in a US firm on H1. some time back I had some idea which can be converted to mobile/pc apps. I would like to copyright these ideas, also like to develop on these. What are my options,
1) Can I get a copyright on my name ?
2) Can I start a company in India on my name ?
Please give me your suggestions or any source from where I can get these info.
