h1b petition is Request for Evidence state
Hello everyone!
Company A started to process of H1B for me, but before it was completed I've changed my mind and declined their offer.
I can see that my petition now in RFE status. As company A will not do anything about that I guess petition will be denied.
How exactly H1b quote is working - if I go with another company B - do I keep my "place" in h1b quote? Is it personal?
I am asking because the company I would like to work for (and now working for remotely) wants to make me H1b but they can't as cap is over for 2013.
