Hi Experts,
Can you please advise on following 2 questions -
1. I have a valid VISA which will expire after 1yr from today. Now I'm planning to move to a better oppurtunity. Once I moved to new company, I'm aware I may get a new I797 but If I travel out of country and come back. Is it legal to travel with old company valid visa with new petition ? Please clarify !
2. To move from Company A to Company B, I heard Company B will raise an LCA and H1 transfer to them, Once we recieve reciept number, we can start working here. If the transfer is not premium, it may take 3 - 6 months in some worse cases. In such case after 3 months if they reject the transfer. What will be the next steps ?
