ABUSE word in L1 Visa (Expired) will effect h1 Visa

Hi Good Morning

I have travelled to USA on L1B (2007- 2010)
In 2010 March I return to USA (from Vacation) without I197 - S Forms and Home land Security Mention as ABUSED word in My L1B Visa and allowed me to enter to USA.
Because I have visa till Sep 2010.
Now My Employer Process H1 Visa and going for Stamping.
Please let me know , It will impact my Visa process.

What conversation at the POE led to them having put in "ABUSED" on your visa? Why you didnt have the I129-S with you? Not sure if this will have a direct impact but questions might be asked around it durign the H1 visa stamping.
