  • H1b Stamping in Canada

I work for huge IT company in E-C model at client's office. I am shortly planning for stamping in Canada. Docs I have are SOW,MSA,Employment verification letter. Unfortunately my client can't provide client letter and my SOW is only signed till Jan 31,2013. My employer says that client letter is not required in my case for stamping.

Is it really safe without client letter?
Will it be a problem as SOW is only signed till Jan 2013?

    Thanks

Its risky. Basically USCIS is wanting proof that the H1 petitioner has enough work for the petitioned employee till the time when the employer is requesting H1 for. If there is no documentary proof for this then its risky even from your own perspective too also it will be difficult to convince the VO in case they ask for it. This is my opinion not legal advice.
