MRV fee payment confirmation shows $10450 instead of 10450INR($190)

Hello people,

So my appointment confirmation is fine expect it shows the amount paid as $10450. I think this is a bug in their system. Do you think I can call them and ask them to change it. I did call the customer care and they told me that it shouldn't be a problem. Just explain to the consulate. But I just dont want any hassles.

There should not be any problem beacuse they also know the fees amount.

You have to pay INR equivalent of $190. Ignore the bug in their system and move on.

Fee confirmation receipt

Hi,

I sent my Visa appointment fees through wire transfer from Bank of America, however I have not received any receipt number yet. I even got a confirmation from Bank of America stating that the transaction has been completed.

Tried calling them on a Sunday Night (Monday in India around 10am IST) but the automated message mentioned that I called up during non-office hours.

Any clues?....Has any one else done a wire transfer successfully.
