Perhaps someone can help me..I am in a pickle!
I have my H1B VISA appointment on the 2nd of November in New Delhi. I am currently in working in the US - my H1B is already approved effective Oct 1. Due to the new system, the finger printing date that I got was 18th of October...and there is no way I can be in Delhi on the 18th! Is there a way that can I get only the finger printing rescheduled? But more importantly, will my VISA appointment get cancelled if I dont show up to the finger printing. I have been an F1 student here and immigration has my finger printing records already and I have been in and out of US a million times since then. Do I have to take the finger printing again? Please help!!
