H1B visa - Master's degree and Master's in a non-related field
Hi,
I currently possess a Master's degree equivalent (5-year) in Economics from a foreign country.
I plan on getting a Master's in Computer Science from a US school (I'm currently in the L1B status in the US) - many schools don't require previous Bachelors in the field if the applicant has the required skills/experience (which I do).
If I do get a MSCS, do you think I will be eligible for an H1B visa as a Software Engineer?
