Change of address and Traveling Abroad

I moved to a different state about three weeks ago but unfortunately did not notify DHS about it (an honest mistake). My H1-B transfer has been already approved several months ago and I have the H1-B stamp

I need to travel abroad very soon, and I am not sure if it's a good idea to notify DHS now. They can obviously detect that I am no longer in my old address because of my new employer address, and the fact I am coming back to the state where my new employer is located, not the old one.

What do you recommend me to do??
