Hi,
I traveled to US on H1-B in 2009 through one company ZZZ. I was in US for only 2 months. But I couldn't get the job and hence returned to India.
Now I approached to another company YYY and they told me that they (YYY) can file my visa through out-of-cap option as I haven't use my visa fully in earlier cap. So I am attending visa interview in November/December.
I don't have any paystubs on my earlier visa as I didn't had my SSN as well as I didn't have any job. So could it be a problem while attending interview? Do interviewer check all my previous records during interview? Do they ask me why I couldn't get the job?
I really appreciate for your answers.
Thanks,
KV
