Can i schedule H1 and H4 visa appointments together at same slot?

Please note that i already paid H1B VISA fee ($190) for my appointment and not yet scheduled.

If H1 and H4 application is for the same person then NO you can not. If it is for two different persons YES you can.

Yes, H4 is for my wife and child.

but the problem here is:

i already paid $190 VISA fee amount for my H1B VISA slot, now i want to schedule H1B and H4 together.

Please let me know.
