Hi,
My I94 was expired on 1st Sep but my employer sent application for my H1 extension on 30th Aug. However USCIS received my application on 4th Sep. I was just going through few threads here and got few piece of information that there is no grace period in between I94 expiration and application received by USCIS.
Am I out of status? My approval is still pending with USCIS. Please advise.
