Is it going to be problem If I apply H1B amendment two months after I changed client?
I applied H1B in April and got approved on July 23rd.My H1B started on October 1st ,2012. I changed my client and joined new Client on Aug5th.I want to go for stamping.So, I want to apply for H1B amendment now . Is it going to be a problem if I apply my amendment now as my H1B started on OCT 1st and I changed my client two months back?Please help me.
