Facility to submit mobile phones etc. outside Delhi OFC center

I know that Delhi embassy used to have a facility where one can submit mobile phones before entering for the visa interview. Does anyone know if there is such facility available outside Delhi OFC as well? I could not find a way to reach them.

You can take cell with you but have switch it off when you are in

Also, agoel001 - do you know if there is a locker facility outside Delhi OFC to keep our belongings (a small bag is what I'll be carrying). Thanks in advance
