How to pay H1B Visa fee from US

Hi,

i am going to india and will need to stamp my Visa. As per new Process, we can Pay visa fee via NEFT.
My question is, do we need to pay the amount in INR or USD? Do we need to initiate NEFT from Indian bank account.
