Hii,
I am currently holding H!-b visa from my Employer - valid upto 2014. Due to Reasons like bad project,and me not comfortable working with the company and Project,want to Quit and get back to H4 . (I tried for h1-b) did not work out. I am very frustated and need some time off. So i want to get back to H4.
While i am on H4..i will be completing few courses and will find an new Employer. Is it a difficult to Get H1-b again? Do i have to wait till Oct ?
Secondly while Changing from H1 to H4,what all documents do they need? What should be produced from my side?
Any help would be apprciated.
