Clarification Required on H4
Hi Guys,
Need a clarification from any one of you. I am on H1B & in US already. My wife got her H4 approved yesterday & she is expected to travel in February 2013. I possibly might have a change in job in the month of January 2013. Does my wife need a new H4 stamping or can she travel with the same H4 visa & should I then ask my new employer to apply for a new H4 petition when they transfer my H1.
