Is there a way I can complain against the US Hyderabad consulate? I had my OFC on November 15th and my visa interview date on November 23rd. I have received an email on November 19th asking me to reschedule my interview on Nov 23rd to some other day, since it is admin day for the consulate and no interviews will be conducted. As if informing us four days before is not crazy enough, I am not able to cancel and reschedule my appointment since I already attended the OFC appointment. When I called the call center, they asked me wait until 24 hours after November 23rd so that there can be a no show and I can reschedule the appointment. I have scheduled my return date on December 5th. I am not sure if there are going to be any interview dates open in such a short notice at any consulate. No system can be crazier than this. I have already written to [email protected]. Is there any other way where my concerns can get addressed?
