H1B stamping at Mumbai consulate

Hi Guys,

This is my first H1B stamping at Mumbai and before I go for the Interview I wanted to make sure if there is any red flag in my profile and is there any thing to worry about.

Job Type: Full Time. Working directly for employer.
Job field : Semiconductors/ Hardware Engineer
Years of exp : 2.7 years. Changed company March 2012
Company Size : 1700 employee worldwide

I did my masters from the reputed university and after internship got full time position and was working directly with the employer since then.

I am worried by so many people having bad experience getting 221G. Is there anything I need to worry about? I am taking all documents from the company like letters, paystubs, company's tax return etc..
