Hi, Need some urgent help on the following:
Here is my case:
F1 stamping (Home Country) : 2006
H1 Stamping (Tijuana, Mexico) : 2009
H1 Renewal Stamping : 2012 --> Can I go to Mexico??
I just read "Applicants who obtained their current visa in a country other than that of their legal residence. " may not apply. I already paid the fees and took a date. Curious if I will be denied an interview. Anybody else in this situation who has gotten both H1 stampings (First +Renewal) done in TJ/Mexico?
Please if anyone has done both stampings in Mexico then do let me know! Very much appreciate the help.
