URGENT:H1B Amendment Required or not???
Hi Guys,
Need your help immediately!!!!
My H1B is valid till 30th Sept,2014.However recently we have to shift our work location for same client from one campus to another within same metro area and just less than 0.5 miles.I have questions on this:
1.Whether an LCA change only or H1B amendment is also required for this work location change?
2.If amendment is required and my amendment is filed by my same employer,Would I be able to travel outside US for 3 weeks?
3.What If I dont file LCA change?Will there be any action from USCIS?
