Tracking L1/H4 to H1b COS

Recently I came to know that Lot of L1 to H1b COS are being denied with NO reason. If your COS is approved / Denied. Please let people know. It will be helpful.

I consulted one attorney firm last week and he mentioned that L1 to h1b status has a 100% RFE and a 90% rejection rate and those approved will be consular processing. My case is still pending and I am in waiting mode.

Please post the COS (L1 or H4 to H1) status approval/denial and if you know the reason why ?

Where do you hear such things? There are known reasons why that can happen.
