Hi,
I am on H4 Visa and my Visa got expired on 31st dec 2012 and our extension has been filed on 12th Oct but still its in Initial Review. Now due to family reasons I need to travel India in end of Jan 2013 and will return in March 1st week. We are expecting to get our decision on Extension by 20th Jan 2013.
My Question is can I travel if I dont get the decision by my travel date an than once the decision comes by husband will also be coming to India and we are going to process our stamping from India and return back in March... Is this feasible at what level ?
Please guide me as I need to book tickets ASAP
