Hi,
I am in 6th year of my H1B and i have only 4 month left (may 6th 2013) and my PERM got denied last year and my employer applying new PERM in Jan 2013 and they suggest me spend some time out side of US so that we can recapture some more time.
1. Since i have only 4 months, shall i get VISA stamping?
2. if i spend 2 months, i will have only one month left when i enter to US so is it safe in PORT of Entry?
I am planning to goto canada ottawa for stamping.
