H1b transfer RFE pending, Labor and I140 approved
H1B Transfer is pending with a new company, recently RFE was issued requesting the explanation of employer and employee relationships, company is trying to gather all required information to support that. Apart from H1B transfer, company did file the labor for Green card processing after 20 days with the company and currently its in progress.. curious to know, in mean while if Labor and I-140 is approved (using premium processing) with the same company, is it legal to file a new H1b with same company using 140..
