H1B Transfer and RFE

Hi

I am working with company A and i have a valid visa till JUNE 2014 . I got an offer from company B and company B transfered my visa and it is in RFE status . Now i got an offer from company C it is very good offer and cannot effort to loose it .Now my question is .

1. Can i apply for H1b transfer with company C when case is pending in RFE with company B

2. Now if company C visa got approved and later in point if company B petition is declined will it effect my status after joining company C

3. Do i need to inform company C about my petition with company B as i have never joined it and its in RFE can i mention only my company A petition number

4. Will this RFE have any impact on USCIS decision on company C petition
