H1b Visa stamping process-application fees payment

Hi,

I am currently in US, got H1b from F1.
I am planning to get the visa stamping done from Kolkata.
I have some trouble getting the application fees done.
How do I make the payment, I asked friends in India to do it for me but they came back saying the process is online.
If the process is online, do I get an option to make the payment using my credit/debit card details from here?
Or do I need to have some selected Bank as my service.
Please help
