R H1B Visa transfer Query

Hi,
Its more then 6 month, I've an H1B visa(from my current employer) and I am still in India.
And now my employer says that, they are not having requirement at client side any more.

My question is-
Is it possible to get transfer my H1B visa to new employer? As I have not visited U.S. yet.
And I want to switch my job, as my current employer not able to send me onsite/client location.

Please suggest.
