  • H1B Approved Petition - LCA filed - Expiring on Mar 15, 2013 - Not stamped - HELP!!!!

    Hello!
I'm new to this forum. I have a H1B petition approved for NC on Mar 14, 2012. The petition is valid for 1 year and its expiring on Mar 15, 2013. In october 2012, my company filed LCA to change my location to IL but unfortunately I couldnt travel due to personal reasons. Now I have another opportunity in my company for a position in NJ. Now,

    1. Can I file a LCA for NJ and get it approved before Feb 25?
    2. Can I file an extension without stamping?
    3. If I could get LCA approved before Feb 25, is it ok to go for stamping in the first week of March? (Since the expiry date is too close)
    4. Is there a premium processing for LCA?
    5. If my petition expires and my employer files a new petition with the existing CAP, How long will it take to get it approved?
    6. Is there any other way or in the worst case, Is there a different Visa I can apply for to travel immediately(not counting the business visa)?
