Finally got my H1 approved. :)
Hi Everyone....My Interview date was 29-Jan-2013 at New Delhi consulate
Just wanted to share my experience on this forum since it has helped me a lot in preparation
28-Jan - The process was very simple. Just carry the appointment confirmation page, DS160 form along with the passport. All guards and staff were Indian.
I was asked to confirm my name and DOB as per the passport. A photo will be clicked and then finally fingerprints.
Make sure there is a bar code sticker on the back side of passport, once you are out from the centre.

Carry Appointment letter, DS160, Original petition, BEP letter along with the passport. The team will arrange and staple these docs to your passport.
Below were the questions:
I was in the queue against the counter number where my token number was displayed. VO asked me to come forward.
VO: Hi
ME: Hi
VO: Please hand over me your docs.
ME: I handed over the passport and DS160, Petition and BEP letter which has been staped with passport by the staff over there.
VO: where are you working?
ME: told the company name.
VO: Since how long have you been working with the company?
ME: x years
VO: x years in INDIA?
ME: yes
VO: Where are you going in the USA?
ME: City, state
VO: he repeated where exactly in the state?
ME: I replied again the city, state.
VO: which client?
ME: told the client name.
VO: what will you be working over there?
ME: Told about the project work
To my Husband-
VO: How long you have been married?
REPLY: x years
VO: Are you working?
REPLY: Yes.
VO: with which organization are you working?
REPLY: He replied the name.
VO: what does your organization do?
REPLY: he replied about the company portfolio
He took few seconds and started typing on the computer. He said "I am approving your visa and it will be reached to you within 2 days"
