3. What is the highest education – Bachelor’s degree in YYYY
4. Who many of you are travelling – XX
After 30 Min they sent me to Indian consular
1. Show me you Degree education certificates
2. Tell me your work experience in detail
3. How did u know about the company [ YYYY ]
4. He is currently working with that company
5. How many years since you know him
6. How do you know him
7. How did you maintain the contacts of YYYY
8. When did you get the call
9. How many rounds of interview did you have
10. who are the people, who had taken interview
11. Why can’t you apply from your current company
12. Did you resign you current company
13. Can you show the USCIS H1 B Visa Petition letter
An: I have showed him the letter he spent some time on reading it and found that the project information is not present, on which I am working, he informed that the project on which you are working are not mentioned in the letter, then I said that I have all the required documents related to the project I am working on and then he issued and 221(g) with Adiministrative process.
Can any one help me knowing the sucess rate for cases like the above getting approved.
