H1B and H4 Stamping Experience (221 g White Slip ) ....Please help

I had 1hr interview to get 221g.....,
Date 28- 01 -2013
consulate: Chennai
VO:
1. Which company are u working for – ZZZ
2. Which company are u working in US – YYYY XX
3. What is Ur highest education qualification– YYYY
4. how many of you are travelling – XX
After 30 Min they sent me to Indian VO
1. Show me you Degree education certificates
2. Tell me about your work experience in detail
3. How did u know about the company [ YYYY ]
4. is he currently working with that company
5. How many years since you know him
6. How do you know him
7. How did you maintain the contacts of YYYY
8. When did you get the call
9. How many rounds of interview did you have
10. tell me the interview experience, how may persons took the interview.
11. Why can’t you apply from your current company
12. Did you resign you current company
13. Can you show the USCIS H1 B Visa Petition letter
An: I have showed him the letter he spent sometime on reading it and found that the project information is not present, on which I am working, then I said that I have all the required documents related to the project I am working on.
He called the American guy and issued and 221(g) with Adiministrative process, he took all the documents and gave back my passport
Can any one help me knowing the sucess rate for cases like the above getting approved.
Is any one in the same boat
what should be the next steps
