Hi All,
I need Urgent Help on this.
I have applied for H1B extenstion for first time being in US. It went into RFE. Once we responded with needed documents and when i checked USCIS website for status after a week, it says "we mailed you a notice informing you that your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, was reopened". Oh My GOD, I am really worried now. Whats really going on with this.
Can anyone shade some information on why they actually have this status and when can i expect my VISA to be approved.
Is it usual ?. I am from genuine Employer [Big IT firm where almost 20K ppl are working based out of USA] and i work as E-C Model. I have SOW from client.
Readers - Please give me some information on this. I am sleepless and worried.
