H1B transfer after a long gap without a latest pay stub

Hi friends,

My ex - employer hasn't revoked my H1B for 2.5 months now and am sure about that as I spoke to my ex - employer attorney who filed my H1B . Is there any benefit in H1B transfer with H1B being not revoked even though the latest pay stub is 2.5 months old , needed for the transfer ?

What do you mean no pay stubs for last 2.5 Months? Aren't you working since last 2.5 Months? If you are still on H1 and in US you probably are already out of status if you are not working and getting paid and transfer is not possible if you are out of status unless you have genuine reason for being out of work.
