My employer filed for H1B in 2012. I received RFE in Oct. My employer replied to RFE on 17 Dec 2012.
I checked online status of my case. It says its in review of my RFE Responce and I should get written updates within 60 days. But even after 60 days, my case is still in Review.
Is anybody facing such issue with H1B delay? Is there any way to contact USCIS to enquire about the pending case?
