Thank you for fast response with accurate info.
Situation:- My fiancé will apply for
H1B in April 2013.
H4 in June 2013 (When she goes to US consulate for stamping, she already applied to H1 which is under process till October 2014 but she is planning to come to US on H4 in June 2013. )
My question, since there is a clash of 2 Visas, will it create a problem or she can get H4 while H1b is underprocess.
