I got H1B approved in Oct 2011. After that my wife went for H4 visa interview at Kolkata and got 221g. After couple of weeks she got approved h4 visa and came to USA.
Now we are planninf to travel to India in May, but i am not sure that, do I need to take my wife for interview or not? My employer is same as my wife got h4 visa approved on and Visa is also valid until my I-797 expires (oct 2014), but i need to go for stamping. Should I schedule interview for her alos or only for me?
I am working on EVC basis, what are the chances of getting 221g? My wife had 221g when she went for H4 interview, is that possible, they can give 221g for same petition 2 times? because they already did administrative processing of my petition when my wife went for H4 interview.
Also I did MS in chemistry and working in IT, will it affect whele going for stamping?
Please give some info.
