Hi,
My H1b stamping on passport expires in end of 2015. Planning to go to India for 3 months and do work from home all these 3 months.
My pay stubs will be running all these 3 months. My wife will go on H4 stamping in 2nd month during my stay.
Question: Will there be an issue when she goes for H4 stamping since I am staying in India or an issue at POE?
