Please help me out, in April I would file my H1.
My travel to India in the month of May is mandatory.. please suggest if I can come back on H4..??
What would happen to my h1 .. will that get effected.... Coz I qnta travelling to India..
If there is atleast 30 % chance of rejection.. I would definitely cancel my trip..
