H1 Visa Extension and Transfer

Hi,

I am working for H1B for Company A and it is expiring on 1st Apr 2013. Company B and Company C are ready to file my H1B transfer and extension.

if Company B and Company C file my H1B transfer and extension on Premium and Company A file my extension on Regular processing.

Imagine if extension/transfer is successful in either Company B or C before the Visa expiry. And after few days/months - What happens if I receive RFE with Company A' extension filing? Does anybody need to respond to RFE query?

What is the precedence? Is it whoever files last will take effect?

Please advice?

As long as you have joined the new company by then, you can abandon the processing with company A.

Company A files extension and processing. Visa expires. Company B or C file extension before the expiry of visa. However, If they receive approval after Visa expires... Can I join Company B or C?

Is there a problem when Company A's filing gets RFE after the above B's or C's approval? Does somebody need to submit documents or ignore it?
