Hi,

Please do have your original I-797, its most imp and if you have been working for quite somtime or whatever, ask your employer to give u a latest letter saying that you are employed by the company.
have all the documents listed on Consulate website in original as they randomly ask for some documents
I was asked my OPT document even if it was expired.

Be "prepared" to show any legal document that they ask you.
