Hi Members,
I am planning to visit India for 2 months in May to extend my US 6 year stayin US so have a Query whether its possible to get the visa for 3 months as when I will be applying the visa there will be only 3 months pending on I797 and once I return company will apply for extension based on 365 days of PERM ApplicationPending .
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
