    very urgent h4 filing h1b ( spouse h1b expires jul 14 2013)

    hi,
    I am filing h1b this april 2013 ,my husband's h1b expires in jul 13 .Will i be out of after jul13.

    help me with options ,my husband is not willing to extend his h1b.So with receipt number and my h1b process is it safe that to be in status or will I be out of status.
