Hi All,
I am currently on L1B and my extension got denied. I have previous H1B (applied in 2007) and can go cap exemption till this Sep. My company is currently planning to apply for COS H1B in premium along my with kid's H4(currently on L2).
There are chances that it may approve for consular processing, then we need to travel back to India for H1/H4 stamping. However if H4 is applied along with H1B premium, will the H4 decision will be given along with H1B, I am asking because dependent visas cannot be applied in Premium. I mean to say, lets say if the H1B consular processing is approved, can I take my kid along with me for stamping in March or early April? or Do we need to wait for 2 months(whatever standard time for regular H4 processing time) to take my kid for stamping?
Please advise.
