I came to US last year july 2012 with L1 VISA ,my L1 VISA was expired in Aug 2012. But i receive I-94 till 2014 validity so i am staying on that. In 2012 I also got H1 VISA approved with expiry date of june 2013, now I want to visit india to get my H1 VISA stamped in May 2013.
Can I comeback again if I stayed in US with I-94 validity, how safe is to again enter US in May 2013 with H1 VISA expiry in June 2013 ?
I heard that if you stay in US with I-94 (L1 VISA expired) then you can not come back immediately and you need to wait for 1 year or so, how true it is.
