Hi.....I am planning to file H1B Petition for my wife this year and she currently holds H4 status. I just want to know... will there be any problem if she travels outside US in the processing period... ? Appreciate your reply immediately

For COS I think you should be with in US. Let someone address this question :-)

If she leave US while COS pending, it may get approved for consular processing.

It is never advisable to travel during COS. Search forum for specific issues and problems. Just not worth it unless its an emergency.
