    Travel required when extension is filed

    Hi I filed H1 extension in Premium as I had to travel. Now I have received RFE. However what I understand is that once RFE is received your clock of 15days resets. So in this situation I can not wait here. I have to travel.

    What will be the implication on my case because of my travel. Please advice
