H4 to H1B
currently i am in India with H4 . Employer 'A' applying for H1B in this year quota in consular processing. I am planning to travel to US on H4 now in April. In that case
- Can i use/apply COS from h4 to h1b to work from Oct 1st onwards since H1b valid from oct 1st?
- If not Can i go to Canada for stamping and this is my first time h1b?
-Any other options to avoid travel and smooth processing?
