H1B Transfer and Spouse COS Pending

I am currently on H1B. My wife applied for change of status (COS) from H1B to H4 due to personal reasons and still awaiting decision.

I am planning to transfer my H1B to a new employer. How would it affect my wife's COS?

Should I file my wife's H4 with my transfer? What will happen to her old COS, which is pending?
